Empire Palace Hotel has become my go-to spot in Udaipur after multiple stays. The staff is incredibly accommodating and genuinely cares about making your experience pleasant. The food quality is commendable, especially the kari-panna, which was a standout dish. However, the size of the hotel may not appeal to those looking for extensive amenities.
